The acceleration of global change in the technological, regulatory, financial, organisational and geopolitical environments heralds the entry into a possible Turning Point, a sign of new structural conditions that will determine the next cycles of operation of the economic, social and political spheres. These new contexts, combined with increased complexity, will test leaderships in conducting the inevitable processes of change, organisational adaptation, renewal of knowledge vital to business processes, assimilation of new skills, and the attraction and development of talent.
